Post from the list updates should be posted as 'Spoilers' by default

Just a suggestion from my personal experience.

That the post we add while updating an episode in the watchlist should be added with spoiler option on.

Because, many times we had again move to feeds to mark it as spoiler

A spoiler option in the pop can also work.
