Add note to see which drama is part of a custom list

Add a note/section/icon or maybe even a drop down (if the drama is in multiple custom lists) in the watch list (mydramalist.com/dramalist/user) showing which list the drama is already on or not. 

Also add the ability to add the drama to a custom list straight from the watch list without having to open the drama itself.
