Low Rejection Ratio?

I wanted to edit a character's name in a drama but it didn't let me, it said that "my rejection ratio (0.57) is too low to edit the content". What does that mean? And what should I do?

The easiest way to edit tags. The approval staff has been stricter these past months, so be sure to provide info in the notes. For example, if you want to add the tag "murder", you can add in the note that murder is mentioned in the synopsis.
