Simplified Chinese .srt subtitle files for Because of Love (A chance meeting)

Is there a way to get the subtitle .srt files of this drama? Or text files. I have decided to use this as my learning material, so I want to study an episodes words and sentences then rewatch raw. Is there any way I can get subtitle files in simple characters? 

If not of this drama is there a subtitle site in Chinese for Chinese shows? The modern dramas so that I can keep watching out for title that I enjoy like this one?

This title is only in English and still only the first 15 episodes, but if you go https://subscene.com there are contents in Chinese BG code (BG code I don't know what that means) you just have to set the search filter.
