The Homicide Investigation Team (H.I.T.) led by Cha Soo Kyung, was established to investigate the case of a serial killer. The other four members were assigned from different precincts and, when they first started, they all had their own ulterior motives and none of them was comfortable with working as a team or trusted each other. Added to the mix, a rookie prosecutor, Kim Jae Yoon, was sent by the District Attorney's Office to keep an eye on the police's work. This drama depicts how cases were solved and how the members evolved into really working as a team. Edit Translation

Reviews
The plot is well written and paced; straight up police themed. It does have a love-line, but it just consists of sparingly scenes sprinkled throughout. The story itself is something I've seen too many times in American crime drama shows so it made it hard to keep watching cause I got bored.
The acting by the leads was exceptional as to be expected, their huge acting talents in the movie world. Their chemistry was just right for their character types. I wasnt really captivated by the supporting characters so I didnt feel attach to them.
Overall if you like crime/police themed shows you might appreciate H.I.T. more than I did.

Crime or is it?
Although it's from 2007 but it feels even older for some reason, regardless, crime drama from that era all do lean heavily on the drama aspect over crime/action/thriller aspects. All the cases were personal and connected to the characters which some of them also were connected to the main big case. The romance was quick and brief, I miss Go Hyun Jung older roles prior to 2010, I feel they were better than whatever she is doing now.Young Du was the worst case/plot line, about 4 episodes wasted on his lame boring-ass pity face. On the other hand, I love when Ma Dong Seok start flipping tables. The main villain lacked proper building and depth, they just gave him a generic mentally ill/psycho personality, they often do that a lot from that era. Although it's a crime focused drama but the police force/H.I.T was often an embarrassment.
