dramas with realistic physical touch

One of my biggest hang-ups with Asian dramas, is the lack of casual intimacy - such as holding hands, hugs, brushing the other’s hair out of their face, soft kisses on the head or cheek or while saying goodbye, comforting neck holding or back rubbing. Basically, anything that a normal couple would do in a realistic relationship.

Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I’m yearning for the giddiness that comes from those classic K- or T-dramas with 20 different angles of a surprise kiss and a timed music cue or rotating camera. But lately, I’ve really been wanting more examples of soft intimacy that isn’t one-sided, a surprise attack, or limited by stiff acting/characters. I’ve been craving physical touch that ISN’T made to be a big deal.
