Love or Active Interest from First Sight / Meeting

1 - ML falls for (or at least clearly has strong romantic interest in) the FL when he first meets or sees her. 

2 -  ML falls for (or at least clearly has strong romantic interest in) the other ML when he first meets or sees him (BL).

3 - FL falls for (or at least clearly has strong romantic interest in) the ML when she first meets or sees him.

4 - Both leads feel something (love, attraction or a strong connection of some kind) when they first meet.

4-A - Similar to 4. After their first meeting, the leads sleep together. Despite her attraction to the ML, the FL is mortified and tries to avoid / run away from the situation while the ML pursues her.
