Loved how they brought a game to life, the visual effects, the cinematography, the povs in the beginning and the sound design especially. 

But my bug was with how dumb the men were. 

Ninomiya kazunari was fantastic in this though. 

This was a pretty decent watch! it starts with a punch to the gut and with a very  hard-to-like fl but the growth of all the characters was refreshing to watch. Lovely to see Chang Ryul in something light hearted for once!!

Can never go wrong with taiwan ?

Finally got to see a yeon sangho film that doesn't revolve around zombies or cults. Great performance by park jeongmin I must say. 

But what was this movie truly about? Public perception or self righteousness? Maybe people's egos are what makes up all the ugliness in the world.  

simple-not-so-complicated-fun movie! They spent more time in jail than partying lol
filled with cliches but was a fun watch!

super fun watch! i love ahn jae hong as usual but lee jae-in and the one and only yoo ah in were phenomenal too. Stylish and upbeat direction, soundtrack and cinematography took the movie to a whole new level as well. story was quite decent, could have been a little less childish but whatever who cares. oh jung se was the cherry on the top!

loved kim seonho's and go youngjung's chemistry a lot! And JUSTICE FOR FUKUSHI SOTA! BEST 2ND LEAD EVER IN THE HISTORY OF 2ND LEADS! THE POOR GUY MASTERED KOREAN OVER THE COURSE OF HIS CRUSH! THE DEDICATION!!

the dorami angle was amusing in the beginning and got senseless and pointless later on in the show. just wished things were just a bit more sensibly written.

but every frame in this show would make a pretty postcard!

Loved every second of this! Nice to see Korea experiment a bit these days! Go Ah Sung brought her unique charm and refreshing to see Moon Sang Min in a shade never seen before. Byun Yo Han killed it as always!! This was so reminiscent of 90s and 00s Hong Kong movies and even a lot of Taiwanese Romance films! 

What a breath of fresh air! This was cute, funny and thought provoking! Loved all the characters and their arcs and Hotaru was brilliant too! Didn't expect the little Monster x Chosen Home crossover XD

Who wouldn't love a Brendan Fraser in Japan ?

Lee Sang Il came back to remind all of us what real cinema is. This was beyond beautiful, in every sense of the word! 

The monastery monk was a breath of fresh air. The serial braiser Choi Kang Rok for the winnnn!!! 

Sakamoto Yuji writes a bunch of average movies, before he delivers something mind-blowing. This was just one of those average works....

A great cast was wasted indeed

i wish all the characters were well touched upon in depth rather than just surface level

It was fun nonetheless the script could've been a bit more structured. Great performances from the cast especially so good to see Shim Eun Kyung after sooo longggg as the psycho nuthead Yona!! +Ha jung woo called all his friends to show up in this show lol ?

Loved to see Roh Jae Won play an upbeat character!! +Also, there is no humanly possible to survive a literal rod piercing through one's body.....anything for the convenience of the plot.

The show plays on a lot of typical Korean horror cliches, yet I was still entertained and even scared at some points.

This was such a breath of fresh air to watch! Over 10 episodes, i fell in love with the kids - and I loved how they showed that even the bright ones, the shy ones, the awkward ones and even the cheerful ones , all can do something amazing if given the right encouragement!

Loved Kim Taeri and her dedication to the role of a teacher! I hope they continue this with other actors as well! 10-15 years down the line these kids are gonna realise that THEEE Kim Taeri introduced them to the big world of acting!

You don't need a reason to spread love and happiness with people you may/may not know!! I thought the second lineup - Jung Haein, Go Younjung, Kim Dohoon, Hong Jinkyung, Yoon Namno and Park Myungsoo was the most heart touching + Competitive!

wowow is at it again!

okay, first and foremost, Wu Kang Ren is an acting GENIUS! Please experiment more in the future as well!! He was at the Bad kids-Qin Hao level if i may say so!

This show had a great premise but somewhere along loses a lot of structure and momentum. The first half had a lot of filler stuff and they just go on and about tangents. The second half truly was the meat of the show where they finally remember that Luo Liang is also the lead lol. just wished it had more nuance and depth especially since they were covering a relevant and fascinating subject.

Went into this thinking it would be supernatural heavy, but except for the first episode there's ansolutely no supernatural elements.

Hence, as a crime thriller this was pretty good. I loved the fast paced nature of the story and also how they went borderline black comedy here and there.

Just wished it focussed more on the revenge than suspecting everybody.....idk it went a bit haywire when they started doing that.

the great japanese kitchen!

breaking down and slicing through patriarchy, society, gender discrimination and stereotyping wittily and funnily. This was pretty good and i was more amazed by Ayumelo's growth. I just wished Katsuo's journey felt a bit more natural and slower than the cookie cutter way.

The ending surprised me actually. A rare case where the leads don't end up together. I liked that they both knew that they taught each other's life's biggest lessons but there probably was nothing more from that relationship, and let go of each other gracefully!

Struggle d to understand what this show was even about initially, kinda still felt that at the end too.

The main character is a complete bitch, and I felt the most bad for his wife ?, she deserved better. Should've walked away from him earlier. The ending is quite just that - every body walking away from him for something better, something they truly are. He was a depressing leech. Wu Ka ng Ren can do anything- idk why he reminded me of eita in this one.

Kenneth woo was brilliant in this! That ‘bed scene’ was just perfect.

This was hilarious.

This exists in the same universe as More than Words TT. However, I've come to the conclusion that More than Words is the better drama.

Although I loved the performances and direction, the script is my real enemy. There isn't room to get attached to characters. One moment something happens, and within a single breath something else happens. I wished it was more fleshed out and gave more context.

As for it being platonic and subtle, I didn't really mind it since it wasn't completely unsaid. The ending serves as testament to that.

Dropped.

The female lead could have been so much more but she was reduced to just being saved by everyone around her.

Woogi's one helluva cockroach that survived death time and again. But he was one of the only interesting charcters in this show.

Everybody else was quite cookie cutter and couldn't really feel their desperation through the show.

Kwangsoo was quite fun to watch but hated how oathetic his character eventually became.

I don't think this show had a single dull moment. It perfectly captured the innocence, passion and aspirations(and confusion) of a typical teenager (and fujoshi).

Loved Yeo Eui Ju and Ga woo su and literally every character (along with their web novel alter egos)
