The ML enters an alternate timeline where a past version of himself exists. The ML wears a traditional black suit and black fabric mask on a couple occasions to help his past self without exposing his face. He also uses a realistic face mask to assume an alternate identity so he can assist his past self and protect the FL. Ironically his most "clandestine" actions are usually taken when he removes the mask and pretends to be his past self.
