He made his debut in 2009 with a role in the musical "Spring Awakening" and later had to drop out of college as he began appearing in more productions.
He later joined season 1 of "Phantom Singer". During the team mission, he joined 3 other singers and formed FORTE DI QUATTRO, eventually winning the competition. They officially debuted in May 2017 with him as the leader with their first self-titled album.
Each member has their individual activities and the group occasionally reunites to release new material. He is represented by Library Company (라이브러리컴퍼니).
In 2022, he joined fellow musical actor Kim Chan Ho and formed the duo ALWAYS SUMMER. They debuted in September of that year with their self-titled mini-album.
