Nogami Masayoshi was a Japanese actor, film director, and screenwriter. He was born in Shiranuka Village, Shiranuka District, Hokkaido (Currently Shiranuka Town). His son is AV actor Tony Ooki (Nogami Toru.)

He graduated from Hokkaido Kushiro Koryo High School (currently known as Hokkaido Kushiro Koryo Senior High School).

After being a research student at NBK (Nihon Bunka Kyokai), he participated in the formation of the theatrical group "Seidai." After that, he was affiliated with organizations such as Seinen Pro, Toei, and Kiyono Office.

He was affectionately known as "Gami-san" by individuals like Kubo Shinji and others.

During a certain period, his name was read as "Nogami Seigi."

On December 22, 2010, he passed away due to heart failure. He was 70 years old at the time of his passing.
