After graduating in 2011, she became a stage actor and radio host. In 2013, her teacher Lo Koon Lan, from The Academy of Performing Arts, recommended her to participate in the audition for the TVB series "Never Dance Alone" and set foot in the entertainment industry. During the audition, she played seven characters alone and was selected for the role of young Hui Chun Nei in the show.
In 2016, she played the role of Yau Ling Mui in the drama "Blue Veins." Her superb acting skills once again attracted attention. In the same year, she was once again praised by TVB producer Amy Wong, and for the first time served as the second female lead in the drama "The Fan."
As a stage actor, she has performed in a number of troupe works and served as the master of ceremonies for the "23rd Hong Kong Drama Awards." In addition, she has hosted Taoist TV programs broadcast by Now TV, such as "Dao Tong Tian Di," "Road Express," "Life Sweet Silk," and "Healthy Cooking."
On July 27, 2018, Lai Wai Ling switched from the TVB basic artist contract to a management contract. Edit Biography
