Lee Hae In is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, producer, and former member of I.B.I (아이비아이). She graduated from Hanlim Multi Art School.

Before appearing on TV, she spent several years as a trainee for at least 4 different companies and featured as a backup dancer or in music videos of several senior groups. In August 2016, she joined project group I.B.I, which was made of eliminated trainees from season 1 of "Produce 101". They released the digital single "Molae Molae" and were managed by Kakao M (카카오M, formerly known as LOEN Entertainment). They disbanded by the end of the year as the agency faced financial issues. After failing in a few singing survival competitions, she re-debuted as a solo artist in November 2020 with the digital single "Santa Lullaby (We Used To Sing)".

In 2022, she opted to work as a creative director and music producer for two different agencies. She is credited as one of the original directors who launched KISS OF LIFE in 2022 and was the executive producer of the debut album of CLOSE YOUR EYES in 2025. The following year, she launched her own label, All My Anecdotes (올마이애닉도츠).
