Moeino Mash is a Japanese screenwriter born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She graduated from the Department of Japanese Literature at Hosei University. Under the guidance of Professor Masao Nemoto, she studied novel writing.

After working at an advertising agency, she completed her studies in the Film Scriptwriting field at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts. With Professor Yuji Sakamoto as her mentor, she honed her skills in scriptwriting.

Her work, "FIN," was selected as a finalist in the 47th Jotaro Arato Award. She also received the Grand Prize at the 47th Creative TV Drama Awards for "Ke no Hi no Kekeke."
