Tsugiya Hisashi iis a Japanese television drama producer from Uwajima, Ehime, Japan. He serves as the General Producer of the Content Production Department at Nippon Television.

After graduating from Waseda University, he worked for production companies such as Kondo Production (later renamed Dreamax Television) before joining Nippon Television Broadcasting in 2005. Until May 31, 2022, he held the position of General Producer in the Information and Production Department.
