Kamiyama Takuzo was a Japanese voice actor and actor born in Tokyo, Japan. He was affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He graduated from the Bugei Gakuen College.

He was associated with the Maigaza, Gekidan Nakama, and Gekidan Shinen before joining the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society in 1960.

He passed away on March 15, 2004, at 11:51 p.m. due to sepsis at a hospital in Niiza, Saitama, Japan. He was 72 years old at the time of his death.
