Qiu Feng was the 34th generation Chinese martial monk of Shaolin Temple. At the age of 13, due to his passion for martial arts and a deep admiration for Shaolin culture, he joined the Shaolin Temple and became a member of the Shaolin Temple martial arts group in Songshan, China. His Buddhist name was Yan Heng. and was also known as "Shaolin Temple's most handsome martial monk". As a master of martial arts skills with a cheerful personality, he quickly became popular on social media and amassed millions of followers on short video platforms. In 2024, he participated in the TV series "The Journey of Legend" (赴山海).

It was reported on 8 August 2024 that Qiu Feng died in a car accident at the age of 21.
