Okada Hirokichi is a Japanese producer from Kanagawa, Japan. After graduating from Kamakura Gakuen High School and Keio University, he joined Nippon Television in 1957, where he initially worked on producing dubbed versions of overseas dramas.

During his tenure at Nippon Television, Okada held several roles, including Director of the Entertainment Division, Director of Production at Chukyo Television, and Vice President. He was later seconded to Chukyo Television, where he contributed to various committees, such as the Broadcasting Ethics Subcommittee of the Private Broadcasters Association, and worked on issues related to broadcasting rights and youth.

Following his retirement, Okada served as Executive Director at the Kawakita Memorial Film Institute and as an advisor to Nippon Television.
