Otsu Daisaku is a Japanese actor and singer, known for his involvement with the unit RisK. He is from Musashino, Tokyo, and graduated from Nihon University Sakuragaoka High School.

In high school, Otsu gained recognition as a reader model for the magazines "BOYS RUSH" and "Tokyo Street News," which were part of the street magazine trend. He has since worked in acting, dancing, and music.

In 2001, Otsu was injured in a multi-vehicle accident on the Tomei Expressway, which required him to use a wheelchair. He resumed his career in 2007 with RisK.
