Nana made her gravure debut in May 2007, appearing in the magazine Bejean (ビージーン). She transitioned to adult films with her debut in "Otona ni Nankanaranaide" (大人になんかならないで) in October of the same year. She retired from adult films in 2011 and shifted her focus to music, debuting as a singer in 2015.
On February 18, 2021, she announced her marriage, having registered it in 2018. This announcement coincided with her pregnancy, and she gave birth on October 7.
