Arakawa Taro, born Sato Yasuo (佐藤康夫), was a Japanese voice actor and actor from Tokyo, Japan. His former stage name was Arakawa Taro (荒川太郎). Initially, he was a disciple of Nagira Kenichi (なぎら健壱) and performed live music at various venues in Tokyo with the folk duo Sasuke during their debut period.

Throughout his career, he was a freelancer and led the acting troupe ON LIMIT. Previously, he was affiliated with Doujinsha Production (同人舎プロダクション), Production★A-Gumi (ぷろだくしょん★A組), and RME.

Arakawa passed away from multiple organ failure on November 15, 2012, in a hospital in Bunkyo, Tokyo, at age 56.
