Lee Bum Ho is a South Korean retired baseball player turned manager. He graduated from Daegu High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Administrative Information Science from Mokwon University.

As a player, he made his pro debut in 2000, drafted by the Hanwha Eagles in the second round (16th overall) of the 2000 KBO Draft as a shortstop and third baseman. After a couple of unproductive seasons, he began to shows signs of improvement during the 2002 season and he ended being called to the South Korea national baseball team, playing in the 2002 Intercontinental Cup in Cuba. He also represented his country in 2 World Baseball Classics (2006 and 2009) and domestically, he had several seasons with 20 or more home runs.

In 2010, he spent one year playing for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks before returning to South Korea to play for KIA Tigers from 2011 until his retirement at the end of the 2019 season.

After retiring, he went to Japan in 2019 and to the United States in 2020, spending some time as a training coach for the team he played for in Fukuoka and for the Philadelphia Phillies. He then became a coach for the KIA Tigers until he was named manager in 2024.
