"Psi" Siranudh Scott is a Thai and Scottish marine conservationist, activist, and former advisor to Athapol Charoenshunsa, the Director-General of Thailand's Department of National Parks. Born into Thailand’s formidable Singha Corporation family empire, Psi is the son of heiress Chiranuj Bhirombhakdi. His father is Scottish. After graduating from Bangkok Patana School in 2014, he went on to attend the California Institute of the Arts, graduating with a BFA in animation in 2018.

Siranudh founded Sea You Strong, an ocean conservation volunteer initiative. He is openly gay.

In his role as park ranger, he grew a social media audience through his unapologetic approach to implementing stricter rules in the marine parks of Southern Thailand, as well as catching misbehaving tourists and unethical tour operators red-handed. In exposing their actions, he became a target, and on 12 April 2025, he publicly resigned from his position. On 19 April 2025, the Department of National Parks staff listed six allegations against him, including "frequently reprimanded tourists, guides, boat operators, and local business owners" and "regularly posted content on his personal platforms showcasing apparent involvement in official marine conservation activities."
