Jo Sung Ho, formerly known professionally as Dino, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of HALO (헤일로). He graduated from Buniel High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Youth Education from Korea National Open University.

He made his debut in June 2014 as the group's main vocalist with their first single album, "38°C". Unfortunately, Histar Entertainment (하이스타 엔터테인먼트) faced financial issues that prevented the group from promoting more consistently. They went on hiatus in mid-2018 and disbanded in April 2019 when their contracts expired.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on August 21, 2018, and he was discharged on May 5, 2020.

He is now a YouTuber and has a channel with his wife.
