Jang Yong Joon, known under No:el / Elleonoel, is a South Korea rapper and hip hop artist under Indigo Music, a new music company estabilished by Swings. Before joining Indigo Music, he was under Prima Music Group for a while.

His father is a member of Korean National Assembly (Chairperson of Busan City Hall), Jang Je Won. He went to the St. Paul Preparatory School.

He make his first appearence on High School Rapper and amazed everyone with his great rap skill. Rapper Swings who is also the mentor for the show even trying to scouted him on scene. Unfortunately there was some scandal around him at that time so he decided to personally step down from the show. Later, he decided to joined Show Me The Money season 6 as a contestant.

On September 18, 2021, around 10:30 p.m. KST, NO:EL had been driving a Mercedes Benz in the Banpo of the Seocho District in Seoul when he had a collision. When a police officer arrived on the scene to check his blood alcohol level and his license, he refused to comply and struck them on the head.

On October 14, 2022, the third division of the Supreme Court upheld a one-year prison sentence for NO:EL, who was charged with refusing to take a breathalyzer and assaulting a police officer.
