Lee Jae Wook is a South Korean actor and model managed by C-JeS Entertainment (씨제스엔터테인먼트). He is born in Seoul, South Korea. He studied at Chung-Ang University, majoring in theatre arts.

Jae Wook made his acting debut in the 2018 drama "Memories of the Alhambra" (알함브라 궁전의 추억). In 2019, he won the MBC Drama Awards "Best New Actor" award for his work on "Extraordinary You" (어쩌다 발견한 하루). The next year, he won “Rookie of the Year” at the Asia Artist Awards, “Actor of the Year – Rookie” at the 18th Brand of the Year Awards, and the KBS Drama Awards "Excellence Award for Actor in a Miniseries" award for his performance in "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol" (도도솔솔라라솔). For his work on "Alchemy of Souls" (환혼), Jae Wook took home the Asia Artist Awards' "Best New Actor" award and the Korea Drama Awards' "Global Excellence Award." in 2022. He was also honoured with the “Asia Special Award” at the 17th Asia Model Awards. The award is granted to world stars who are loved and recognized throughout Asia outside of South Korea.

Before signing with C-JeS Entertainment, Jae Wook was represented by VAST Entertainment (VAST엔터테인먼트) until March 2021.

On June 3, 2024, it was announced that he had signed with Log Studio.
