Kahara Natsuko, originally Tsukahara Natsuko (塚原初子), was a Japanese actress and director associated with the Bungakuza theater company. Following the "Koto no Yoru" incident in December 1963, she left Bungakuza and co-founded the NLT Theater Company in January 1964, where she later became the head. Her work with NLT focused on French comedy.

Kahara was born in Yochomachi, Ushigome, Tokyo, Japan. Her father, Tsukahara Shugo, was a former executive director of the Tokyo University of Agriculture, and her grandfather, Tsukahara Shuzo, was the founder of Toyo Kisen Kaisha. She graduated from Toyo Eiwa Girls' School in 1938, where she was inspired by a performance of "Tsuchi" and later joined Bungakuza as one of its first students. She made her stage debut in 1939 and became a full member in 1940. Kahara married fellow Bungakuza member Iwamoto Nobuo in 1943.

In addition to her acting career, Kahara conducted research on makeup techniques and published a guide on the subject. She passed away from ovarian cancer on February 20, 1991, at Saiseikai Central Hospital in Minato, Tokyo, at the age of 70.
