Bob Lam is a Hong Kong radio and television show host, disc jockey, entrepreneur, and actor. He is one of the owners of the fashion store "POPCORN" and the entertainment production company "Chessman".

He started his career in "Metro Broadcast" and later joined TVB in 2009. The first TV game show he hosted for TVB was "Deng Deng Deng Dui".

During a period of major restructuring at Metro Broadcast’s Metro Info channel, he was reassigned in early 2016 to serve only as a part-time host of the Saturday radio program "Happy Party". Before the program was reformed, he hosted "Happy Home World" At the same time, he is active in various commercial events, mainly serving as a master of ceremonies (MC).
