Kusaka Takeshi was a Japanese actor and voice actor from Toshima, Tokyo. He was the founder of the Shiki Theatre Company.

His most known works as a voice actor are Frollo and Vega. And as an actor he is recognized by titles as Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie (1994), Jack and the Beanstalk (1974) and Assassination (1964).

In May 15, 2017 he died of aspiration pneumonia in Spain. He was 86 years old.
