From the age of three, Bando trained in classical ballet and attended Masako Ono Ballet Studio. During her fifth year of elementary school, she started training in hip-hop and attended the Exile Professional Gym in Tokyo.
In 2010, Bando made her modelling debut in the fashion magazine Hanachu, serving as an exclusive model until she went on hiatus on the following year. In 2011, she passed the dance performance department of the Exile Presents Vocal Battle Audition 3: For Girls and became a member of Flower and E-girls. After auditioning for Miss Seventeen 2011, she became an exclusive model for Seventeen magazine. In October 2011, Flower made its debut with the single "Still". In 2012, she made her acting debut in the Kansai Telecasting Corporation series "GTO."
On December 31, 2022 it was announced that she would be leaving her management company LDH Entertainment Japan after fourteen years.
