Luo Yi Zhou is a Chinese actor, pop singer and dancer born in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. After graduating from the PLA Academy of Arts in 2016, he worked in the cultural troupe for a year. His acting stint began in 2019 with the play "The White Snake" (白蛇). In 2020, he made his screen debut in the medical drama "With You" (在一起). In 2021, he participated as a trainee in the iQIYI idol survival program "Youth With You 3" (青春有你第三季). In July same year, he debuted as the center of the group IX FORM. In 2022, he graduated from the Central Academy of Drama and received the honors of Beijing's Outstanding Student and Excellent Graduate.

In 2021, he won the Wonderland New Style Star of the Year Award.

In January 2024, he won the "Outstanding Actor of the Year" for "Gen Z" (后浪) at the 2023 China TV Awards.
