Zhen Zhen
- Name: Zhen Zhen
- Native name: 甄珍
- Also Known as: Zhang Jia Zhen, Zhang Jiazhen, Chang Chiachen, Chen Chen, 章家珍
- Nationality: Taiwanese
- Gender: Female
- Born: July 17, 1948
- Age: 77
At three months old, Zhen Zhen moved to Taiwan with her family. When she was five, they relocated to Japan due to her father's assignment, where she attended elementary school and studied ballet and folk dance. The family returned to Taiwan in 1959, and she continued her education at several schools, including the National Experimental Elementary School (國語實驗國民小學) in Taipei and Jinling Senior High School for Girls (私立金陵女子高級中學).
In 1964, Zhen Zhen was selected from 3,700 applicants during auditions by Guolian Film Company (國聯電影公司). She left Guolian Film in November 1967 and joined the Central Film Company (中央電影公司) in December of the same year.
In March 1974, she married actor Xie Xian (謝賢) in Hong Kong against her parents' wishes, but they separated in December 1976 and finalized their divorce in June 1977. She then married Liu Jia Chang (劉家昌) in June 1978, retiring from acting to move to the United States with him. In 1982, she opened the "Zhen Zhen Grand Hotel" in the U.S. and returned to acting in 1983, filming in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Zhen Zhen had a son, Liu Zi Qian (劉子千), on April 21, 1986. In 1988, she opened a hotel named "Zhen Zhen's Home" (甄珍家) in Taipei. She faced health issues in 2009, requiring hospitalization due to a suspected tumor, and underwent surgery to remove a stomach tumor in February 2010.
On May 21, 2015, Zhen Zhen disclosed that her marriage to Liu Jia Chang ended after nine years when their son was one year old; they had kept this private to provide him with a stable family environment.
In early January 2017, she fell at a relative's home in the U.S. and experienced migraine symptoms. A subsequent examination revealed a blood clot in her brain, and she underwent successful surgery in Los Angeles on February 26, 2017.
