Matsuzaki Kenji is a Japanese actor. He dropped out of Nihon University College of Veterinary Medicine.

In April 1987, he entered the actor training center Mumeijuku. He made his debut with "Lupin" and has appeared in many performances from classical to contemporary plays. While focusing on stage acting, he is also active in the field of narration and singing. He is also an instructor at high schools and workshops in the theater department.

In 2017, he received the Japan Film Festival Los Angeles Supporting Actor Award.
