Qin Yang, born Chuang Cheng Po (莊政博), is a Taiwanese actor and singer from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He began his career working as a warehouse manager at Rock Records (滾石唱片) and later served as an assistant to actress Brigitte Lin (林青霞).

On April 8, 2016, Qin Yang was involved in a drunk driving incident in Xindian, New Taipei, where he collided with seven parked motorcycles. His blood alcohol content was measured at 1.29. Following an investigation by the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office, he was released on bail of 40,000 New Taiwan Dollars.

On July 22, 2016, the Taipei District Court sentenced him to four months in prison for public endangerment, which could be converted to a fine of 1,000 New Taiwan Dollars per day. The case was concluded without appeal from either party.
