Ma Yuk Sing is a protégé and best partner of veteran action director, Tony Ching Siu Tung, with whom he has worked with on a lot of big-budget productions. In recent years, Ma has been the action choreographer and action director of a number of martial arts blockbusters. His reputable and solid experience was accumulated while working with Tony; and now Ma has become one of the top action choreographers in Asia.

He might not have achieved the status of his more prestigious colleagues, but his work in Hong Kong has made him one of the most popular action directors in Korea. He worked with Kim Young Joon in the 2000 film Bichunmoo. Ma’s others solo projects include China’s TV program The Legend of Condor Heroes.

He has been married to Yann Yann Yeo since March 4, 2012. They have one child.
