Jeong Gi Won, known professionally as Jang Ho Il, is a South Korean singer, musician, producer, actor, and member of 015B (공일오비). He graduated from Youngshin High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Media & Communication from Seoul National University.

He made his debut in July 1990 as part of the music producer group 015B with their self-titled studio album. The original lineup consisted of him, his younger brother Jeong Suk Won (not to be confused with the actor of the same name), and Cho Hyung Gon and became hugely popular in the 1990s by experimenting with several genres. After 1996, Cho left, and the duo did not release any new material for a decade. He also began expanding his career, becoming an actor and a TV host.
