Min Young Gi is a South Korean musical actor. He graduated from Hanyang University's Department of Vocal Music and has a rich volume of vocal music-based vocalizations which led him to be called a person with one of the best singing skills in the Korean musical world.

He went to church from middle school and worked at the choir for the first time. Then, in high school, he had to join a club so he applied to the school choir. Of the 20 people who participated in the first audition, only two were eliminated, and one of them was him. In the end, thanks to his seniors letting him pass, he took the baritone part and his skills grew rapidly and he became a soloist in the second year of high school. He made his professional debut with the opera "Don Giovanni" at the Seoul Arts Center in 1998.

Since then, he has participated in numerous operas and musicals in South Korea and Japan.
