Leo
- Name: Leo
- Native name: Leo Lee
- Also Known as: 리오, 리오 리,
- Nationality: Australian
- Gender: Male
- Born: August 22, 2002
- Age: 23
He moved to South Korea at age 16 to pursue his dream of becoming a singer. He auditioned at Big Hit Entertainment and was rejected. He decided to go back home the next day, but the agency asked him to re-audition, and this time, he passed. He spent 3 years and a half as a trainee and was part of the agency's pre-debut boy group labeled as "Trainee A". However, due to struggles with his mental health, he left the agency in August 2022 (and the group never actually debuted).
In August 2023, he made his debut as a solo artist with the single "One Look" under 131 Label (일삼일레이블). He is currently represented by GRID Entertainment (그리드엔터테인먼트) and was supposed to join fellow labelmate Lee Sang Won as part of the duo LEO & SANGWON (리오&상원). They were formed in May 2025 but, a few days later, he entered the survival competition "Boys Planet II" where he finished in 6th place and secured a spot in the resulting project group, putting the duo on hiatus.
They released the pre-debut single, "Formula", in December 2025. He officially debuted as ALPHA DRIVE ONE's leader in January 2026 with their first mini-album, "Euphoria". The group is managed by Wakeone (웨이크원) and the initial contract is for 5 years.
