So basically, trolls here are just butthurt that the representation was inconveniently truthful and hurts their image. Yea, hypocrisy as usual, nothing new here on the internet.

You mean how perfectly they represent themselves in kdramas as heavy drunkards embarassing themselves in public all the time, corrupt politicians & chaebols running the country and rampant bullying at schools? Yea, they sure are perfect, just like any culture on the globe. 🙄 Get off your high horse, troll.

You probably confused it for FL's love for her work and how far she'd go out of her way to make it impeccable.
This drama shows that it's a struggle for service workers though. It shows FL and her friends having to deal with these unpleasant situations frequently. And it is shown not in a lighthearted way, but that it's stressful to them. But they're powerless to change anything or lash out, otherwise they'd lose their jobs.
And ML after hanging out with them saw their struggles as well, he swore to make their lives better and announced a fight with his bitch of a step-sister.

Working in the service industry is uncomfortable to begin with, especially as a woman. Lecherous, unreasonable customers is their everyday life. And they still have to politely smile to them with that fake Hermes smile and try to reason with them without offending. Not a job for everyone.

I actually love Touch Your Heart. Didn't see the other one. I guess some can be tasteful about it and some can't.

Personally, I think WWWSK fell off after 6 episodes. The rest was such silly sickly sweet syrup, I got so bored of it I almost dropped it.
A Business Proposal falling off half way through the drama is about right. It also had a very rushed, clumsy ending.

Enjoy being reported and blocked instead.

I especially like this part: FL's mother's too ill to work, but when free money came by she opened a clothes shop 🤣 Her character is all over the place.

She took the inheritance in her daughter's stead without her consent or signature. That's absolutely bs, it's not as simple as havig a sharded bank account.

People throw racism term at anything nowadays without actually knowing the meaning. Just ignore the spam bots and block them. Don't engange in this pointless discussion.

This reminds of a similar couple in another recent kdrama - Bo Ra! Deborah. There they mended their relationship by talking it out and delving into roleplaying games, but I didn't feel it'd last long. The husband there also was a lazy bum who took his wife for granted.

I dunno, some kdramas are pretty decent about it. In rom-com genre A Business Proposal and Crazy Love come to mind.

Yea, it's back to peace and quiet after doing that. Recommend.

I too demand an apology from MDL! I demand it for making me spend my time to block and report all of those spam bot fake accounts who are demanding an apology from an unafilliated website for inconveniently truthful depiction of bad behavior of some of their men in foreign countries 😂. Now that it's clean for now I can finally see some comments discussing the drama proper. Hire some moderators while we're at it, MDL.

And on that note, do you, guys, think this drama will hold until the last episode or gonna fall off in quality like A Business Proposal and What's Wrong With Secretary Kim?
I'm hoping they'll delve deeper into that missing mother sub-plot and fight for inheritance with ML's step-sister. But on the other hand, I dread watching anything business related in this drama, it's so badly done, it's embarassing.

So basically what you’re saying is that Arab men themselves propagate the stereotypes by bad examples in foreign countries and yet somehow Arab people are bewildered that such stereotypes exist.

I'm tired of this because this whole overblown drama over this character is childish and disrupts any meaningful discussion of this drama.
And newsflash, everyone everywhere is still doing the stereotyping, it won't ever go away, no matter how outraged you are on twitter.
And you have not even considered a possibily that another ethinicity actor was cast because there's simply no Arab actor in SK who works in the industry.
And Koreans laugh at such characters like that guy in their media all the time. Laughing at local chaebols and exposing their depraved lifestyles is one their favorite tropes.
