Hi! I appreciate your answer to my review. I wrote it after being disappointed by the new episodes. I work with…
I get your point. I recommend watching some Japanese dramas and movies for people who have hearing impairment/ use sign language/ deaf-mute. They have amazing storylines and acting too.
1. The ML loves her but marries her solely to free her from her toxic home. He doesn't want to talk to her as he wants to give her freedom and let's her have her own space coz he thinks she doesn't love her. He even takes no day off beacuse he wants her to feel comfortable at home. 2. The FL does not have selective mutism, she was forced by her mum not to speak(to get pity from the chairman) 3. How much more to explain selective mutism. She had a traumatic event and can't speak due to that. Now, ML wonders why she still has it even after 20 years(It goes away in some years). ML is shocked she can make sounds(most people with selective mutism don't vocalise), everyone around her understand her and don't try to question her 4. ML tries to get the female lead to talk because he knows that she was forced to do it. He doesn't force her. He wants the FL to have a normal life like she wanted. 5. They start talking because FL likes talking.. she even wanted to be an anchor but her mom denied her that. In the end the ML learns sign language and communicates with her in sign in public. Their relationship sparks because they communicate, something they had not done in years and the reason is the kidnap incident, and not because she talked to him. 6. The heterochromia and his disorder are not shown as vices, but rather as an identification so I don't know how you interpreted that as evilness.
also, even in a progressive world, these things happen a lot and dramas should not shy off from showing the reality of the world. Not everything has to be how people want it(like disney)
What could be the sister I-na's deal? Is she really sincere and concerned for Hong Joo or is she conspiring something?…
I saw a comment on Tiktok where someone was asking this same question and someone who read the novel answered that she's not bad.. she just wants to bring everything back to normal(ie Hee Joo speaking again) and has absolutely no feelings for Baek Saeon
Acting 3.5? Please do some research and dont make a comment a review. This is not a review. i can find you some dramas where the acting is bad but this is not it.
I actually came searching for a review with a low rating on this show. However, after reading your review, I still…
same here... I'm at episode 5 and I'm still having some difficulty but I'm still giving it a chance.. maybe 7.5 or 7... but definitely not anything above 8
Even a 4 would have made sense but a 1. Then you go ahead and say that you'd have given this a 8 if not for the romance. Your total is 21.5 giving the overall around 5 but you just decided... 1 because of the romance. Please learn to distinguish comments from reviews
seriously 1 star. Do you even know how to review. yours is more of a comment than a review. Even the average of your story, acting, music and rewatch value is not 1 but you gave it 1. So because "romance" was there you give it 1. It's a slice of life for God's sake, romance is one important aspect in life..arrrggghhh. 1 star, so you gave acting like.. 0.2, music, story. I'm sorry but did you even do any research on how to review a drama. Just wasting the space that could have been for proffesion reviews.
TBH I wanted to see Lee Jong Won in another drama since I dropped the golden spoon and I enjoyed it. Lee Na Hee was cool and her role suited her so well too. I absolutely love it and I'd definitely recommend it. 9/10
Wtf... Can you add the spoiler tag? Seriously why would you put such information without a spoiler tag
most people read comments to know stuff such as whether the drama is worth it or not.. so, next time you comment on a post... make sure you add the spoiler tag if you will include a spoiler
