Then FL proceeded to use the needle on his tongue if I remember it correctly. And this scene is linked to one of the past scene where he teached FL this particular technique, but she wasn’t intrigued to learn it because she thought that she won’t be using it. But then she remember it, and that’s how we can relate that he was an ally to the emperor.
about song han, it’s been a long time since I watched it, and don’t remember some of the details, but I think there was an arch that showed his change like something triggered him. I can’t remember him, but there was something. And I agree with your point about Ansu.
