when i submitted this show neither jihan nor hyosang were existing on mdl so i had to submit their profiles too. i did run into some trouble with sources so i had to resubmit and jihan was approved but hyosang is still pending :/ i'm thinking i might have to re submit if he's still not approved by like next week prob :(

learning any language can be really difficult but i've found that the korean alphabet is really easy to learn!! esp for me bc my native language is urdu which has like 40+ letters and it's really hard to learn bc there's so many letters for the same sound like it's terrible 😭😭 i think if you find a good video or resource you can have at least the alphabet down in less than 2 hours honestly ^^

lol yeah korean romanisations can be tricky but essentially the syllable 어 can be spelled out as 'eo' or 'u' since it's pronounced like the 'o' in operate,, different people prefer different spellings ig but yeah it feels soo weird to see byuk instead of byeok lmao ^^

he also clearly doesn't care about anyone but himself, so when i see people being like "oh he's feeling remorse after ray's explosion at mew's party" i just can't help but think it isn't that but he's just scared the drama will get out somehow. i mean he already has a reputation at the university, everyone knows what ton is like and he obv doesn't care about other people finding out about how messy he is, just see how he reacted after ray confronted him or how he acts in the preview. when ray is going through his villain's arc at the bar, ton isn't saying shit bc he's guilty, he's scared. when ray is confronting ton in front of nick, ton doesn't have those hard eyes he usually does when someone calls out his bullshit. he looks like how he did when he was telling nick that drake has a recording of him. he could care less what other people think about him he just can't have his actions ruining his dad's chances.

boston's definitely gonna end up being exposed to the public in some way, not just to the friend group but like everyone. they're setting up his dad and his political campaign a lot now like he mentioned it offhandedly last episode with the "someone has a recording of me and i can't let it get out or else it would ruin my dad's reputation" but that was that right,, this episode we even get introduced to his dad and his campaign - esp that he's trying to appeal to the younger demographic. the recording is already making it's way throughout the friend group, the only people who haven't listened to it are cheaum, april, and ton (even though, i mean, he was literally there 💀) and now drake's back to show again just how much boston doesn't want to ruin his dad's reputation and campaign. i just feel like, if it isn't nick then someone else in the friend group will definitely let this get out bc this seems to be the only thing that would get ton down.

tbh i did think there were some signs of kanghan liking pimfah like before in the first few episodes when the bully friends were commenting on how he treats her different than how he treats them or sum idk,, but pimfah's crush on sailom really threw me off lol i thought she was into the teacher (which 😬 but it's a rare sapphic ship so ig i'll just have to take it yknow)

yeah i've seen a lot of people who think that!! honestly i see it, i think either could be possible honestly bc why would they put so much focus on this random person. lol i first thought that it was so cute that a person named boeing gifted someone an airplane but later was like ",, wait what"

my literal first thought when i saw that b on that plane was that it's a gift from boston,, idk but i feel like boeing isn't real and top just made him up to get mew off his back so he wouldn't dig deeper into the whole thing. top probably thinks that if he came clean and was like "yeah it's a gift from ton" mew wouldn't just let that slide and that he'd go investigating or something and eventually find out about the hookup and top doesn't want that to happen. he's being "a hundred percent honest" but still doesn't tell mew about the car hookup for obvious reasons so i really think he just made up an ex boyfriend to get mew off his back and since they were talking about an airplane the name boeing was prolly just the first thing that popped into his head. i mean if someone told me to think of something associated with airplanes that starts with a b, i'd probably think of the word boeing first too idk

man i really hope nick becomes a stalker or develops some kind of obsessive love for boston 😭😭😭🤲🏽 look okay it can totally be in the cards for him i mean he's already bugging cars by episode 3 imagine what the next 9 episodes could have.

also literally ton and nick's first interaction (second? 1.5th?) was creepy as hell too like don't get me wrong fuckin love nick to absolute pieces but we can't ignore the fact that he's kind of a red flag. what sane it guy looks through a client's phone, swipes through their pictures, finds their nudes and then takes one of their own (sidenote whoever signed off on THAT photo, your days are numbered okay you did mark so dirty 😭) it worked for boston ig bc nick has a hole and that's good enough for ton apparently but we can't deny that in real life my boy would have been reported so goddamn quick 🤧

look i'm thinking both ways rn bc yeah ton is making it very clear that he only wants a fwb with nick but he's also pairing that with all these manipulation tactics that are definitely messing with nick's head. it's like a push and pull thing; he's going "i don't like the drama we're just fuckbuddies but you're my type. i fuck everyone but you're my favourite. i just want the sex but i'm letting you come into my photo developing room and showing you my hobbies and talking about my future and helping you move." and all this really can be chalked up to manipulation 101 because ton really is that bitch and we love him for it 🤭💅🏽 ofc he's making it clear and setting his boundaries but you can't deny that's he's also sending nick mixed signals.

and i'm not defending nick bc even though he's being toyed with, he's being told again and again that all he's good for in this relationship is sex and he shouldn't expect more. ofc he knows it but emotions yknow they're not exactly logical and i really hope that all this delusion turns into some kind of "if i can't have you no one can" obsession with boston bc honestly if he's bugging cars by the third episode then who knows what kinda shenanigans he'd get into by the end of the series. i usually don't like those but i feel like it would fit with nick's character pretty well and that this could work.
