First episodes- The guy with the ankle monitor almost killed the police officer. How was he not arrested for attempted murder? He even verbally admitted to it. Also what’s the point of the ankle monitor if the criminal is allowed to live under his mother’s name? I understand there’s some sort of registry list but it clear the women’s guard was down cause he used a women’s name. The first mass shooter would have benefited from some noise canceling headphones. Why did they just have patrol officers dealing with a mass shooter with an automatic weapon. There was an arm criminal on the way to the police station why did the ML and the other cop just stay posted outside and not send a warning to other police officers? Like that made zero sense. Also the police had a list of addresses where the guns were sent. How was it not a priority to utilize every cop in the city to go door to door confiscating those guns. They literally waited until several massacres to go through the addresses. Also one thing I wanted to know is do Koreans gossip that loudly? The police officers daughter killing herself cause she lost her dad’s savings. I understand she felt guilty but damn now your dad has to bury you as well. Koreans just accept so much abuse it’s so mind boggling to me. I wish a co-worker would try to pass their work off to me I would laugh in their face. The story at the end got a bit ridiculous but it was a fun watch.

I thought this was a decent watch. Just like with the kdrama I feel like it was missing a little something and to me the leads of all the different versions just never have chemistry. This one even less than the Korean version. also this might be controversial but Japanese people just feel to polite for a revenge story. Yea the friend has a horrible life but she she tried to destroy the girls life for no reason. Why are you apologizing? all in all decent one time watch.

I’m really enjoying the story so much. The way I hate all those parents that I almost wish that the kids were down their practicing the whole time on how they were gonna get their revenge and had an amazing revenge plan. I would have loved to see pictures of all the parents on the wall and them getting their revenge one by one. I would have ate that up. I can’t wait to see how the story develops. it’s been two episodes and I’m still trying to figure out how I feel about Dex being in this show.

The moment I saw Si Woo smile I knew he was gonna be the one to make a mistake and bring the whole enterprise down. Poor kid. I’m surprised that no one is putting together that a bunch of kids from wealthy families keep disappearing.

I know that So Hang Gi is a decent person who seems to have turned his back to his families wealth and is currently trying to make it on his own. However, the article is about powerful people in society using their wealth and power to get their children into top schools. It happens in all elite schools where you have lots of often unqualified rich kids taking spots when they don’t deserve it. Although the comments were awful it’s mostly frustrations based on an unfair society. People are not judging them cause they happen to be born into a wealthy family it’s because their wealthy parents cut corners and paid their child’s way. so if you work hard to get into school and some rich kids parents cut a check and he was able to get in as well. I can see why someone would be upset by that.

episode 3/4 was so good. The plot twist with the sister had me shocked lol. it’s insane for the sister be doing the same thing that happened to her mom. I think mistresses that have children are so sick cause why would you bring an innocent child into that dynamic? It’s so peaceful in the comment section but let me tell you if the police officer was actually a woman the incels would have infiltrated the comment section and be calling her every name under the sun. Eveytine I see his SLines I’m flabbergasted. when does he have time to sleep lol.

if you watch most kdramas anytime something looks like a suicide they don’t look into it. I think they prefer to close the cases quickly. As for the ML he appears to be secretly looking into her case. In the scene where the other cop comes in he hides the board with all the pictures. I think cause the ML knows about the glasses he prefer to investigate on the low cause it’s a crazy thing to present a theory about some magic glasses that let you see who everyone is smashing.

statistically victims of abuse tend to have a higher level of revictimization. I don’t know if it’s a type of energy or how they carry themselves but predators are able to sense them out. I think the show was trying to depict that.

The one trope in lawyer kdramas is the ex-girlfriend coming back with a divorce case. The ML should have recused himself the moment he found out tbh. Regarding the case of the two widows it was very insane of the cheaters husband to sue the widow for damages knowing she is left with children to take care on her own. It’s kind of insane that you could even sue for damages when it was two consenting adults whose actions resulted in their death. The wife was very annoying though. There’s nothing worse than those people who feel like they are the only ones on earth going through things. The judge and the lawyers were all so considerate to them both but she was condescending and woe is me. I don’t understand why people scream at lawyers for taking specific cases. everyone on this earth is entitled to legal representation. If the wealth was on the other side it would have been her suing for damages. The FL at the end was unnecessarily rude to the ex-girlfriend. I know you like him but that’s not your man girl.

how can there be drama between him and a high school student? He looked concerned for 5 seconds when he looked at her bruises and he does offer her rides to school which leads me to believe he just doesn’t care much about her.

The uncle is a whole police officer but does nothing while his niece is being violently abused at school is crazy work. I always find it insane that in kdramas students are allowed to be on the roof. Are Koreans school this unsupervised?

is this your first kdrama lol? They literally have so many of those absurd underwater kiss scenes. It makes as much sense as somehow falling down on someone’s lips. It only makes sense in kdrama land lol.

I’m really enjoying the first two episodes. I love both the ML and the FL and enjoy most of their dramas. I just don’t understand how the ML comes from a rich family and he has zero assets. He doesn’t have a home to go to? no savings? no personal car?

I bet you at the end of this the grandma is gonna say you never stood up against me and now that you have I see that you are ready for the CEO position. In Asian dramas there is almost no punishment for parental abuse. Even in the case of a child getting abandoned by their parent and coming back later in the story everyone around them says at the end of the day she’s your mom. Even when the mother in laws are abusive and disgusting the FL goes I understand I would have done the same thing if I was a mom.

Where is green reaper when you need him? One reoccurring theme in kdramas is holding people responsible for crimes they never committed. God forbid you ask a person to hang out and they die on their way to meet you somehow you have to live your life as someone who is personally responsible for their death. I watched a kdrama where the daughter in law was abused by the family because she called her husband when she was in labor and he died on the way. What’s worse is that in kdramas they have redemption arc for characters that don’t even do the work. They tell one sad story and we are suppose to forgive them for all the damage they caused. The grandma violated her son in death by abusing his son and damaging him for life.
