When I click on any photos it just throws a green exclamation mark.
I'm guessing it's some web-version/quick question which failed.

So, I try to get the app, There are two blue buttons.
I assume one is light version the other is full version.
So, I tried clicking both, so it's just "scary" warning along the lines of installing from unknown sources. I'll wait to throw it in a sandbox first, I'll be alright with technical side (essentially whatever is used to install it needs permission to install from unknown sources)

Just a question about blue buttons what's the difference between top and bottom versions?

Did you by any chance ask him if that's how he feels about XY too? Like she's an injured kitten that he needs to save?

Ah sorry, I was editing this sentence in case some oversensitive soul will get triggered again and forgot to get back to it. Anyway by maternal vibe I mean that when they are together I half expect her to take out a handkerchief and wipe corners of his mouth.

I felt that after she came back to her family it didn't feel like she belonged there either.
Whether her new friends would be sincere with her or not is open question but all of her existing friends were insincere at one point or another.So I wouldnt be surprised if she turns around and says you know what I rue the day they found me.
In any case if she wants to keep status and be known then she obviously didn't let go and can't start afresh but herding goats,dogs and cats in some remote mountain community maybe just about alright.

Again it's all hypothetical anyway.

I doubt even XY would know that answer, but I thought it would be fun to kick it around as well 🤪

That's kind of the point of my question. Given her requirement for happy, quiet life; what is the probability that she'll be HAPPIER if she went her own way without any baggage.

Yeah I agree to a point. I kinda read the comments and there's a bit of a lack of consistency on this matter even by the same commenters. As far as her feelings go. With XL, I get a clear adult romantic vibe, with TJ I get this eerie maternal love vibe. Hence breaking the rules, forgiving him, rationalizing his shortcomings.

I'm not sure if being alone while still clinging to something could count as overcoming abandonment issues. Can't say.

When I said "find new group of people", I meant new community, friends, etc., and not necessarily go out of her way to find a new man. If a handsome farmer pops up - great; otherwise a Labrador and couple of cats would certainly pave the way to a quiet life.

To me, as far as hurting her @Kokuto said exactly what I was thinking: his choices and inaction were far more hurtful than intricate plots. So, at least to me her explanation sounded like rationalization victims of domestic abuse come up with. Eerie maternal vibe does not help either.

Anyway why not start sorting out her abandonment issues instead and just go up the mountain by herself?find herself a completely different group of people and just get on with her life without any bs which seems to follow everyone else. Sounds like to get that quiet life a perfect choice is simply anyone else that doesn't know who she is.

I'm a little confused by your interpretation of Kokuto's response. It feels strange. If XL refused to abandon his father means that he exactly fits the criteria.becaus3 he doesn't abandon his family. Or are you saying that Jing fits her criteria because Jing would abandon his family for her?

That would actually be great, though I'd prefer without blasts from the past. We could throw in Yulan with the deity fan club in as well. Wonder what happened to that club anyway?

I think they do it on a case by case basis.But yeah they can do both, like it's possible the last few eps could be expressed out as well.

I'm actually enjoying it way more than the first part aka "S1".

I hate triangles too, here it's very prominent and did not need to be so tragic. If they paired SML with ML's ex "partner" that would've been excellent.
Still I thought the show was a good watch overall.

No I was trying to give context of their relationship and why SML resorted to go to such drastic lengths.
FL understood it as well.
Maybe she would not be as magnanimous if he succeeded then yeah could've been different.
In this case FL isn't some damsel in distress she is a pretty hard woman.

Again, FL is not a simple woman, so originally she wanted to lead him on to earn some money and influence.
Slowly she kinda grew fond of him as well. SML was not stupid so they had a bit of courting game going on.
So, no she is not naive and she intentionally lead on SML.

3) "and she likes ml !?" ...
This realisation came a bit late to her just like it came to ML very late.
they were business partners and again a bit of bickering relationship.
Then they finally realise they want to be together and SML is going like "wtf?" hence see point (1)

4) "to feel sad about sml"
For her to feel sad about him, well regardless of what he did they've been through a lot together.
So, no, I don't see it stupid at all.

SML was pretty tragic character (though I did find him annoying to look at)
As I mentioned he was at the very top of the thing and like the guy who sorts stuff out.
So he felt pretty much superior to ML. When it turned out that FL likes ML and to top it off ML is actually his older brother (means that SML will no longer be Crown Prince)
So, essentially he lost everything. But at this stage SML's only move is to go for power.
Although I forgot if Prime Minister was controlling SML the whole time or not.

Well, I know people who would miss some good shows for less.
True it has enough annoying bits.
