I actually really enjoyed watching this drama. I'm not sure why everyone is being so harsh. Yes, it has some annoying…
It was a very good watch. There were bits which could've been done better. Overall I didn't hate myself for watching it. All things considered the only thing I didn't like about it was absence of kids for sidekick couple after 5 years. I guess it was supposed to be cute for him asking her 100 times but it really brought it down for me
The most annoying element in this drama is the love triangle. The second male lead (SML) character exhibits obsessive…
Nah no Stockholm syndrome here. Probably a rare case where I thought it made sense. The FL is showing his interest in SML throughout. SML reciprocates does shit to help out. ML on the other hand states point-blank that he is not interested and greenlights SML like it's not going to be a big deal. Then ML copes on to his feelings SML is there like wtf. And then it turns out he's now in a completely different position ML. And it's all going in a really strange direction. Still wasn't consumed by hatred and good enough to pass on the other half of antidote. For me SML's death was probably the 2nd most annoying thing in it. Would've been better if he got together with SFL,the match was excellent there. But they went with this theme that no matter what sacrifices you make it's irrelevant to true love.etc,.
It's watchable, but you would be very confused about almost everything. Unless you kinda read the novel. In which case it would be easier to fill in the blanks. I'd take a guess that a lot of people watched s1 again before watching S2.
Can someone pls tell me why this drama is bad? I wanted to watch this and even put it on my "plant to watch" last…
Just watch it to get it over with π€£
I found pacing comfortable and it looks great. Really have nothing to bitch about other than the ending. Just dropped in to figure out if it was happy or not. Now scrolling through comments need to keep checking if I'm on a right page π
Asking because some comments just confuse me. Like for some it's not enough xianxia for others it's too much xianxia. While for others it's the subject it's dealing with, etc.,
I can understand if someone loved OS,waited for ages and it didn't much his expectations. Seems bizarre that someone who knows nothing about the story would be anxiously waiting for drama to come out π€·
Unrelated to original question but I thought that best complaints are about absence of "chemistry". I found it amusing that they were usually very close to discussions about appropriateness of their relationship given the circumstances. And, initially I thought "oh well that's how it is for them, could be valid" but putting these requirements together... π... is really funny.
I don't know if Cdrama have age suggestion. I feels like this show made for kid but they don't label it with such.…
I don't know much about manhua target audience but I generally associate cartoons with younger younger audience. Also, on iqyi it was 13+ so yeah just have to set expectations to correct level before starting to watch.
- there are a few short lived misunderstandings/conflicts which get resolved very quickly.
- Second couple gets a happy end too but there's something conspicuously absent (shrug)
Will be in the minority on this one but I also liked the dj'ed out version in "the romance of".
