I can’t believe this is finally in my “Currently Watching” pile!!
After the first 5 episodes, I’m loving everything about this drama. It’s exactly how I imagined it while reading the novel.

The leads are great and adorable, the humor lands perfectly, and the cinematography is beautiful. Also loved seeing the uncle from GOTD again — I loved him there, and he seems to be playing a similar persona here lol, which is wholesome af.

It’s such an easy, enjoyable watch, and some scenes had me absolutely wheezing. All in all, definitely worth the wait!

It does get better but it takes a while, I'd say after 5ish episodes it finds a more steady footing....

lmao fair, I am here because I love the leads, but it's not in the ''masterpiece'' category, the editors smoked some sh*t ngl (the slo mo sequences are tripping me out), but it is also not as terrible as some comments suggest.
After some rocky first 5-7ish episodes it does become more fun. Love the FL character a lot!
Still, can't say I'm losing sleep with this one and yes, the Nie dude is definitely not the main villain type, we've been hinted at someone working behind the curtains for a while....
Soo true, omg now Zhu Yu I super locked in! They did well to air this before cause I feel it would've been even a tougher reception if this aired after it or during lmao
