I kinda feel guilty for not liking this drama. As I can see everyone in comments section liked it. For me it was…
Don't be, that happens and it's alright. Pleasing everybody is impossible, you just happen to be one of many who don't vibe with this one. Not me though this one pleased me a lot haha.
Anyway, where does the mermaid from your profile gif come from?
Will the drama develop his character further? I was literally him when I was a teenager but will the show expose his dark thoughts or will he stay as the perfect husbando?
My Episode 1 Notes: This looks like a shoujo anime, bright saturated and fluffy, exactly how I like. Instant 10 in cinematography, makeup and production. I'm a little confused with the low budget comments, perhaps the budget will run out in later episodes?
Why did they make an intro that spoils the whole show? Banger Intro OST though.
The bullying scenes, Haebom's "passiveness" and the enabling silent colleagues are realistic and cohesive. I was exactly like Haebom when I was younger and didn't fight back for some reasons. Thankfully, we quickly get to know Haebom's reasons for putting up with this at Ep2.
I remember when the producers *almost* turned this into a bromance (like that other trash drama airing rn) but…
What's wrong with bromances though? 😭 In my personal opinion that you're fully free to disagree with, bromances are even more beautiful than romances. The removal of the sexual attraction component makes bonds much "purer".
Not to be a puritan, what I mean is that when there's no sexual attraction then their bond has to based on something much more deeper than looks and sex appeal.
What I also mean is that being horny usually blinds your judgment. So many gay men secretely see their partners as just "fuck buddies" because it's easier to have sex with them, not because they deeply know and support each other as human beings. If you're not like this, good for you but an alarming amount of them are.
Bromances also challenge stereotypes about masculinity that men are cold sex obsessed bastards showing vulnerability and affection towards another male with no ulterior motives.
Men who are not afraid of expressing themselves and treating their male buddies with affectionate respect are much more likely to be wonderful people who don't judge others based on their gender and also respect women since they're not afraid of emulating stereotypical "feminine" vulnerability and emotional intelligence.
(I didn't really to stress out how being vulnerable and emotionally aware isn't inherently a feminine thing right?)
More recommendations like this please? I will never be over Jeong Ha Ram, he's so gentle and cuddly. The power dynamics between the mains must be balanced though, some people claim there was harassment and abuse here but I saw none.
It's true some parts are confusing but at least there is extra material, you can read some theories online or…
I agree because the ambiguity leaves room for our imagination to fill the gaps. It could be anything from a sci-fi simulation, to parallel world, time travel, heaven, limbo and such...
I think the show would be ruined if they tried to go deeper into these technicalities. I like how we can theorize that Sunbae is Fate incarnated and how he has the powers to revive people in parallel worlds/timelines.
Spiritual Powers and Magic are much more romantic than Sci-Fi right?
wow spoiler: bl IS a gay love story. what are you even talking about. trying to make bl and gay two different…
Go ahead and piss at our faces because BL/Yaoi/Shounen-Ai was born in Japan and will always be from Japan. You can try to appropriate the terms as much as you want but it's impossible to change one's birthplace and origins.
Gay media is made for the gays, BL is not, period. If you can't accept this basic fact then there's no point in arguing.
nothing has even come close to topping this show in 2024 yet.
Facts! This one will be extremely hard to beat. It raised the bar so high in various aspects. There are so many good points to talk about this show that I could go on for hours.
Watch this one first, A Breeze of Love can't hold a candle to this one. Love for Love's Sake will become a legendary…
I also wanted to know that beforehand because dating a NPC game character is kinda weird right? I don't want to spoil it to you but I'll try to explain.
The drama doesn't dwelve too deep into the "Game World" mechanics, how exactly Myung Ha was transported there and such details. You'll only get the full picture at the end of the series. Some people complain that the ending was rushed but actually there are hidden hints and symbolism troughout the drama since episode 1.
That's why I said this drama can go as deep as you want it, you can just sit back and enjoy the cuteness or go deep into reflection about the many themes it touches.
Real or Fiction? Game World or Parallel World? Time Travel? Characters or People?
Since you've already seen Ep1, you've seen how Myung Ha's Sunbae has the means and the powers to transport him to a "Game World" right? From this alone a box of multiple possibilities is open and it's up for your imagination to decide how far his powers go.
It's cliché but still an adorable short series. It was nice to witness both of their journey: Kakeru's boyhood…
Nice observations. I'm completely used to this type of portrayal. It adds to the charm and believability of the story since some people are very expressive and over the top. It's a nice escapism tool in this world full of zombie like emotionless people glued to their cellphones barricading their traumatized minds.
From my point of view, it seems that in the end Koki dies from the stab wound he received at the beginning of…
Very interesting viewpoint. Wish the story wasn't realistic but due to human stupidity, what happened to the boy seems to be. It seems that this theme of innocent person being persecuted is common in J-Media.
Can anyone tell me what is this drama actually about in simple ways? I’ve already watch a few minutes of ep…
A Breeze of Love is a disappointment. There are a few cute moments but the angst overwhelms it. There are no positive messages it's rudeness for rudeness sake.
A rude imsoniac jerk and a competitive basketball handsome. They don't redeem their flaws, never say sorry and never say I love you but actually say I hate you.
Watch it then draw your own conclusions of how a healthy relationship should not be.

This drama can go as deep as you want it to go. It opens room for theorizing and gathering your own interpretations but not so open that you can't understand it.
It deals with many themes in a positive, humorous and hopeful way. It's about second chances, about fighting fate, about loving and allowing yourself to be loved, about dealing with hardships with humor and hope, and many other positive messages here.
Just enjoy the ride, cherish the heart warming fluff and leave the theorizing for the end.
What a poorly elaborated childish comment. Your points hold no logic besides your subjective opinions. Age says nothing about the morals of a person. Being a 29yo doesn't automatically make you a rapist pedophile, some adults are more pure hearted than some kids.
Why there is always some immature person projecting creepy abuse where there is none?
"Out of every 6 KBLs, A Breeze of Love is the worst"😂
Not me though this one pleased me a lot haha.
