Finally, someone who thinks like me! I’ve dropped so many dramas just because the male lead was a spineless simp. I get it—it's a common female fantasy to have the ML obsessed with the FL, while she just takes and takes—but honestly, I loathe that trope to the core.

Regardless of gender, no one should be a doormat with zero self-respect. Love is exhausting already, but when it’s just one person giving and the other taking nonstop, it becomes straight-up emotional labor with zero return. That kind of imbalance leads to burnout, period.
