i was thinking it should be a great idea to watch it (after I heard great reviews of his acting) but there's a couple of shows i'm planning to watch already plus I want to rewatch in full some old dramas as well (I want to catch up). I'm currently watching him in Shark and I really like his acting there though. I'm planning to watch this one as it's a historical drama and I really think it's enjoyable to watch it while airing (if I didn't watch a show while airing, I might not be able to watch it soon).
So excited, will watch. I have long loved Chae Won since Painter of the Wind and Princess Man , but Flower of Evil was what made me follow everything about her. (I remember back during Shining Inheritance days how I hated that she was a second female lead with a negative role which for sure many people will hate when I already loved her for Painter of the Wind). I hope this drama is good and she gets recognized. I still think it's not fair how she never got any award for Flower of Evil.
I'm thinking of male leads that aren't very high profile like Yeon Woo Jin (male lead in 39), Yoon Hyun Min (he was really good as one of her costars in Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter), so it means the story will focus more on her than male lead character. If they do want to get a higher profile male lead: I want Jo In Sung, Ji Chang Wook, Jang Hyuk, or Kim Nam Gil (doubt he's available though, he has two upcoming dramas).
Yeah , I agree with you on Red Sleeve being a drama , all about romance.I am already familiar with King Jeongjo…
I wish Red Sleeve have 24 episodes. It is one of those dramas that would benefit by being longer. We could have seen family moments of San and Deok Im family. I also wish Queen HyoEui was included.
Rather than a drama, she needs to go back to a movie. She's a really good actress but has yet to fully establish herself in movies (though she had excellent childhood parts there).
I read several comments here and on twitter complained about LKY being casted in this drama and also some of them…
I checked out his (LKY) films too, turns out he acted with actors who have more star power than LJG (chungmuro people like Lee Byung Hun, Ha Jung Woo, etc), so I don't understand why LJG is getting blamed.
Gotta agree with actor for top 2 except that the drama should be Arthdal Chronicles instead of Vincenzo. I fully agree on top 1. Wish Red Sleeve male lead is also here
I think he was put at support role before the drama began. I think the show was marketed to focus on the 3 females.…
I actually kinda enjoy male lead's (Yeon Woo Jin) romance with Son Ye Jin's character. But I still didn't expect that he would have more screentime than the third female. As for his role here (suppor vs male) in mydramalist, I was just guessing a bit based on how the drama was promoted.
Wow, someone downgraded the ML to a "support role" when he's had more screen time than Joo Hee... why do I feel…
I think he was put at support role before the drama began. I think the show was marketed to focus on the 3 females. but alas it turns out ML has debatably more screentime.
I didn't vote for CLOY since the North Korean aspects are interesting but the male lead so far until episode 7 is boring me a bit. Hope my perception of him changes as I watch more episodes.
I know he has currently airing drama, but I think this is the new drama of Kim Nam Gil I plan to watch (intrigued of the setting). I loved him from Queen Seon Deok and even movie Portrait of a Beauty, and I'm currently enjoying him in Shark with Son Ye Jin
I am one of those who liked Start Up, does this one have the same kind of vibes? High production values? Can/t…
I didn't watch start up, but this drama is simply so good. The whole cast have lots of chemistry. Whether as friends, close friends, enemies, potential lovers, etc.
I hope this drama is good and she gets recognized. I still think it's not fair how she never got any award for Flower of Evil.
If they do want to get a higher profile male lead: I want Jo In Sung, Ji Chang Wook, Jang Hyuk, or Kim Nam Gil (doubt he's available though, he has two upcoming dramas).
