Well one of the longest Hindi serials has around 3.5k eps… ran for more than 10 years… my grandma used to watch every ep with full dedication before she gave up on all serials😂😂 she’s into religion now

I’ve seen some daily soaps in China and South Korea being long too. Like, one of the soaps was recommended with another and it was still airing with 700+ eps…. Also, don’t forget Naruto with all those episodes….

Yeah… dating boss or professor or that kind of relationships gross me out… but this is an exception coz of nxg being in that position temporarily until she learns the ropes

I saw a Hindi serial ml having a tattoo of his ex Latha but he changed it to galati(mistake) after the breakup….. makes me wonder if this particular name being flexible like that is the whole reason for that serial to air…. It was damn funny 🤣 the serial has more than 100 eps and is yet to move past the flashbacks…. I know why I jumped over to East Asian series🤪
But I like the idea of lys getting this tattoo

I have no problem with shooting with green screens…. Just make sure the lighting is right…. Those “European” scenes had very incongruent lighting and very obviously edited even to my amateur eyes…. Just had to put it out there…. Not to be offensive at all
Even in ep 25 there were a few frames shot using green screen, but not that obvious

I think they will show the 2 friends get drunk at a later episode…. They probably didn’t have enough time to show it twice in 36 eps😅

I guess she’ll come back with her boss/two timing boyfriend who is also lys cousin… that’s how it went in the novel

I think it is socially expected to visit someone who met with an accident while on the way to meet you…. That is the whole gripe here. “She refused to visit after she was the one to extend the invite”. Blown out of proportion because of the concurrence of the loss of one’s profession. I can see this happening, but not how one can still court the same person again however much time has passed. I would straight up avoid them or confront them.

I’ll just think of it as drama logic and move on.

Kdrama these days is all about getting women pregnant….. at least the ones in the romance genre. started a few of those and it was repulsive once I knew their real reason for kdrama these days is to promote more children in Korea 🤮

I guess I now know how Chinese series an easily be converted to movies…. There’s a lot of fillers in the middle. You can just skip those and still miss out on nothing

Also, as a fan of both love020 and you are my glory, I have to say this comes up short of my expectations….. this is probably meant for those people who are just beginning to watch c drama and maybe my mind is expecting a different plot line …. Idk… lost that complete immersive feeling today somehow

I reference aasol again…. We had the first kiss in early episodes…. Given there was no big sml drama, but this is way to into the series for a romance genre drama….. I don’t care about which countries have or don’t have solar power, just give me the romance I signed up for
